ENTRY
FEES Standard Entry: $140 +
applicable membership fee. All participants must be current members of
Pro Arts. Membership must be current through last day of event. No refunds.
Discounted fees are available for Early Registration (See Entry Fee
table). Fee waivers extended to current members for volunteer
service in the gallery- fee waiver deadline is January 31, 2012, contact Pro Arts for details.

Bay OPEN STUDIOS Online Gallery. The web page includes an artist
listing, artist statement, resume and up to 8 images. The Online
gallery includes a dynamic Map and search functions to locate artists
by name, media, and city. Personalize your URL by upgrading your entry
to Bold or Expanded. See “ENTRY”.
Terms of Agreement: I hereby agree to the terms and conditions of Pro Arts, the Directory of East Bay Arts, and Eat Bay Open Studios as outlined in the program description. I understand that if I host other artists, or if I am hosted by another artist, each must be a registered participant. I understand that there are no refunds on registration and membership fees. I understand that participation is contingent on upholding and abiding by all terms and conditions. I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Easy Bay Open Studios and Pro Arts, its officers, agents and employees for any and all liabilities, claims, errors, omissions, losses, accidents and expenses caused by, arising out of, or in connection with, either directly or indirectly, East Bay Open Studios, Directory of East Bay Arts.

Incentives for the Networked Artist:
Increase your art audience by expanding the audience for your neighborhood or artist network. East Bay Open Studios is the main vehicle for connecting artists directly to public audiences. By organizing artists in your neighborhood or artist network everyone benefits- larger audiences, more support, more sales potential, and more resources for successful open studios events.
To encourage artist networking and community building in artists' neighborhoods Pro Arts offers FREE Ads in the Directory of East Bay Arts. All participating artists are eligible. Include your network under promotions at the time of registration (one network per registered artist for promotion purposes); a minimum of 5 registrations qualify for a FREE 1/16 AD. 'Groups' may be based on location, neighborhood, geographic area, media, affiliation, shared interests-- it's up to you!

Artists must present photo ID to retrieve the work. Your work will not
be released to anyone other then yourself unless prior arrangements are
made. Artworks not picked up
by the last day of de-installation accrue a $10 penalty per day for
a maximum of 5 business days. After 5 business days all unclaimed
artworks are considered abandoned and may be sold to recoup penalties
or donated to community partners.
