Quarterly at Latham Square Featuring the work of Mitsuyo Moore
1611 Telegraph Avenue, Oakland July 3 - September, 2009
In Mitsuyo Moore’s work, line is the most basic element of vision, as it reveals rhythm, movement and spirituality. Color enhances the vision and stimulates emotions. Prior to starting work, she meditates. This allows her to encounter her spirit to communicate with her feelings and translate them into line and color.
The exhibition is on view weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm in the Latham Square lobby located at 1611 Telegraph Ave., Oakland. Admission is free.
